Line of Events
Growing up in the Amazon rainforest, Autumn met a rare friendship – a lost jaguar cub named Hope. When a tragic event forces Otem to leave Hope and go to an unknown New York, she dreams of returning to the rainforest to her friend for years. At the age of 14, getting used to city life, Otem discovers that her native village is threatened by animal traders, and decides to return to the Amazon to her beloved jaguar. Anya (Emily Bett Rickards), Otem’s adorably clumsy biology teacher, tries unsuccessfully to talk her out of this reckless plan. Along with Anya, Otem goes on a journey to reunite with Hope and save her from those who seek to destroy the rainforest and its wildlife.
